Jimmy Carter's pity deserves action

Jimmy Carter's pious concern for the Palestinians and the miserable conditions in which they live is compelling. I suggest that a great first move on his part would be to take the "Habitat for Humanity" movement to Gaza. Think about it: jobs, housing and an associated economic boost! And a chance for Mr. Carter to put his effort where his rhetoric is.
