Two down . . .

Russ Feingold has joined Mark Warner in deciding not to run for president in 08. Kerry hasn’t got even a remote chance. Gore is dithering. So for now the Democratic field of declareds or likely to declare is narrowed to Biden, Edwards, Obama, Bayh, Vilsack and . . . hm. I know there’s someone I’m leaving out --
